Stayed at the Ventana Canyon years ago and remembered it as classy but a little stuffy/
expensive

The restaurant on-site is average food with
expensive
prices and the burgers that my children ordered were hard as hockey pucks (ordered as medium rare).

Extras really got us -
expensive
internet both in room an in the business centre, a $75 phone bill for a 10 min call to Canada, and generally fees for items that should be included in a resort.
