1. After complaining we were upgraded to a mini suite that was spacious but still very worn.

6. After complaining to front desk that $139 rate is more expensive then the cost of the room and 2 buffets they told me that the rate includes tax and tip - Who knew? August is hot and we did not do anything for two days except rest in the pool, which is why it was so cheap.
