1. The most disturbing piece was the carpet, it was so old and worn out and I was postive it hadn't seen a thorough vacuuming in awhile, nevermind a shampoo.

4. The only negative was if you didn't put the do not disturb sign on your door every night; housekeeping would wake you up every morning at 8am to see if they could clean your room.
