5. Sure, it is somewhat pretty in the lobby but the fact that the staff FORGOT our 7:30 am wake up call which left us scrambling to get ready for an important early morning appointment - and then dropped us at the WRONG ADDRESS even after I had shown them the appointment card with the address on it and asked to confirm that they had the correct information weighs heavily on any impression I could have had of the hotel.

7. I notified valet that it had broke down, I gave them the information about what was wrong with it and they called a mechanic out (on a Sunday) and within 20 minutes my car was fixed.
