However, when a customer complains about getting bitten by these 'unwanted guests', how difficult would it be to offer some complimentary service such as laundering their clothes to allay the customer's fears about taking the 'unwanted guests' home with them? This lack of concern goes a long way in showing how the Davenport management feel about retaining their loyal customers.

5. On one of the nights I was there, there were only three spaces left in a seven-floor parkade, so I don't assume this problem will change any time soon, but on each visit, I have heard people complaining about this cost, and it's also been mentioned frequently here on TripAdvisor.
