4. I tried earplugs the second night as I knew I would be exhausted after the 12k race but unfortunately they didn`t muffle the cries of the fussy little infant.

5. The worse part was that there was a very fussy infant in the adjoining room that woke every 2 hours both nights and cried incessantly when it was awake.
