The staff was very helpful with dinner reservations, setting us up with free bicycles at the hotel and helping us with a sudden business

with use of their business center.

overall if you have a choice, would pick Fess Parker's double tree, if price an
issue
pick one of the best western closer to La Cumbre plaza, if price NO
issue
pick El Encanto or 4 Seasons Biltmore.

The one MAJOR
issue
I have with this place was that while sitting outside enjoying the sun, some panhandler decided to waltz his way onto the hotel grounds (with his large dog who proceeded to drink from the fountain).
"Hotel staff does not seem to care about security or the happiness of guests. "
