3. The staff was very helpful with dinner reservations, setting us up with free bicycles at the hotel and helping us with a sudden business issue with use of their business center.

5. overall if you have a choice, would pick Fess Parker's double tree, if price an issue pick one of the best western closer to La Cumbre plaza, if price NO issue pick El Encanto or 4 Seasons Biltmore.

6. Not sure why an unused room with 2 beds which would have made a grieving daughter happy was an issue for them?3) tiny room - very small room.

9. My only issue is that we kind of had the feeling of being nickel and dimed.

10. The one MAJOR issue I have with this place was that while sitting outside enjoying the sun, some panhandler decided to waltz his way onto the hotel grounds (with his large dog who proceeded to drink from the fountain).
