Dirty rugs, holes in the sheets, loud heater, awful rooms, rude staff,
confront
ational manager, no bath robe provided, squeaky floors, no sound proof - I could hear EVERYTHING my neighbors were doing.

honestly, we would not have minded if we hadn`t been ripped off with a 'premium' room in the first place but having a grumpy staff member tell us so in a

ational way got my back up.
