1. We were supposed to have an ocean view, but instead we had a wonderful view of an old broken down motorhome that couldn't be moved, the heater set off an alarm, so no heat.

7. when you complain about the heater being broken, they send the bell boy up who tries to fix it and says 'just leave it on for awhile and it will heat up' -- it never does so you call the manager and told you are more than welcome to leave if the room doesn`t suit you, but also noting since this is a 3 day wkend, there wouldn`t be any other availability in santa barbara (not even motel 6).
