4. unfortunately, on a Sunday they were unable to find anyone for a mani/pedi but it sounded as though they had made many calls and tried very hard to find someone in the area to come in.

5. unfortunately, the front desk staffer (who was probably a high school student) was not particularly responsive ('the hotel is full; we can`t move you; can`t determine where the noise is coming from, etc.
