1. By the way, for those that have written prior reviews about the restaurant at Montecito Inn, FYI it is totally unaffiliated with the hotel (hence the lack of milk for breakfast).

3. It does get quieter in the evening, but because keeping the windowns open for ventilation is both nice and necessary (given the lack of air conditioning), the noise may be bothersome.

4. Also room was lacking air-conditioning which was a problem since I visited during the July heatwave (which was an unusual event).
