I am not a complainer and can except some small
problem
s with a hotel stay, but 3 other customers were in the lobby complaining of various
problem
s with their rooms too.

I asked several times about the noise - as the hotel is located on the main drag of the village in Montecito - and was told the window panes were sound proofed and noise was not a
problem
