1. I am not a complainer and can except some small problems with a hotel stay, but 3 other customers were in the lobby complaining of various problems with their rooms too.

3. The biggest problem is that the hotel is located very near the 101 highway and on a busy intersection.

6. I asked several times about the noise - as the hotel is located on the main drag of the village in Montecito - and was told the window panes were sound proofed and noise was not a problem.

7. Simple spa maintenance would eliminate this problem, but the staff could not be bothered.
