The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and accomodating (Tyler especially was wonderful), but they can only do so much when so many things go

wrong
-- I really do love children but for an adults only weekend, this is NOT the place to stay.

When the hotel discovered that the date could not be added, they determined that the original reservation with the
wrong
date would stand and the family would be charged the full rate even though they would not be staying at the hotel that day.
