1. The restaurant was busy in the morning, so the service was a bit slow, but we didn't mind taking our time and enjoying the wonderul setting.

5. Very unhelpful surly staff who were very slow to offfer coffee and no butter was put out on the buffet so you had to get staff to bring it to you.

6. Breakfast service was slow and they have a crazy system whereby you pick up your bagels and cream cheese from the buffet but if you want butter or jelly you have to order that from the (mostly absent) waiters.
