2. We were staying on the 4th floor of the Bougainvillea, with a glimpse of the mtn side and beach but primarily the courtyard and shuffleboard (this got annoying real quick).

8. It took several complaints to get someone out to clean it up, and when maintenence did come an hour later, he made sure everyone knew how annoyed he was having to clean it up.
