1. Firstly the grounds, pool area, bars and location are really good however the rooms are poor for the price and are in need of an update there where no robes in the room, no fridge little information on the resort or Santa Barbara and you are charged for Wifi the only hotel on our trip that did-I was hoping for a premium feel at this 'Hilton' hotel but unfourtunately the room just let it all down.

2. I am a Hilton Honors Gold member and was upgraded to a nicer room, yet for what I paid, was extremely disappointed in the common area hallways (smelled of urine very bad) and my room decor and condition was poor at best.
