1. Front reception staff should realize that some travelers may have been driving for 4 or 5 hours and just want to get to their room without being given the run around along with a lack of care attitude.

2. The bathroom was quite large but lacked any shelves or cupboards for toiletries etc so all had to be stored outside by the washbasin where the floor was carpeted - yuk, it must have regularly got doused in soap, toothpaste body lotion etc.

3. The lack of free wi-fi was also a missed opportunity (basically guests all headed indoors to the lobby where it was free, thereby creating crowding when they could have otherwise have been sitting on their patios / verandas, and creating a vibrant atmosphere throughout the resort.

5. Only gripe is lack of free wifi, Why do many of the larger hotel groups insist on charging for wifi, in some cases as much as 13 dollars plus tax for 24 hours.

7. Plus, the service in the restaurant is hit or miss, one day we had a nice girl - Sabrina - but sadly the other days we had a guy who lacked visibly in hospitality skills.

9. MY major grievence w/ the Hotel had more to do w/ a lack of privacy outside on my Bungalow patio; I travel frequently and will spend top-dollar to do so - BUT - I expect certain things for that expense.
