3. How can a hotel knows what's wrong and still have not taken steps to prevent it from letting ccoo coo people come into the motel??? We've learned our lessons, will spend the extra money and stay in a better hotel.

4. The front desk person did give me the wrong type of room at first, and I did not notice that she gave me a regular room instead of a double bedded suite.
