1. I don't have any complains about this hotel and the only reason I won't give it a perfect score is because there were minor things that were over looked.

10. When we checked out and I complained about the room the front desk staff couldn't have cared less - I suppose we should have asked to move as soon as we checked in but we had had a busy day at Seaworld and really only wanted a good nights sleep.
