1. Room was decent and clean and had a seaparate living room with sofa sleeper, although the floor mounted air unit had a slight musty smell.

9. There were two positives - the rooms were not a bad size and yes it had been recently redecorated but there was a damp smell that was noticeable in the room as soon as we arrived and the carpet felt wet to walk on.
