1. The room is clean on the most used surfaces, but a couple need some attention (there is room between the walls and sides of the sink cabinet where stuff had fallen on the floor in between and was dirty; the sides of the bedside table had some spills dried on it near the floor.

3. The only thing we missed was having a microwave in the room, and we did notice the carpet in the room was dirty, so just wear shoes or socks when walking on it.
