6. There is a breakfast room on the 4th floor - the continental buffet closes at 9am - my husband and I got there at about 8:15 so it wasn't bad but as soon as it's close to 9am watch out - there was a swarm of people trying to get there at the last minute which made for uncomfortable maneuvering.

7. In my personal opinion the desk clerk could have a been a bit nicer or at least learn how to speak to customers in a way that would not make one feel unwelcomed or uncomfortable.
