1. Though the hotel did not care enough about my terrible experience, I have to give props to BW corporate who took my concerns very seriously and made amends to keep me from staying away from their brand all together.

2. First impression of this motel was terrible due to rude front desk staff - no greeting or small talk at all - basically shoved an agreement regarding smoking at me within a minute of checking in.

3. We had two rooms for a total of 8 people we stayed in connecting rooms which was good but the size of the rooms were terrible there wasn't enough room for me and my luggage at the same time.
