1. I wore my shoes in the shower (no hot water to boot), which was just as bad as not wearing shoes, as the water level rose, so did the stains, so I was now ankle deep in the distgusting stain filled water.

2. Pros- easy access to SeaWorld, Zoo, heated pool (was quite nice when compared to Days inn next door from last year) and 2 jacuzzi & restaurant on site- value not bad- not great either; will continue to shop on hotel circle for this.

4. The only bad thing I have to say is that I hardly slept during my 6 nights, but that's only because the nice bed was very firm and pillows were very cushy, the opposite of how I prefer to sleep.

6. The gal at check in was really nice, she booked us a taxi after we received the bad news that the shuttle only started at 6am (the first flights out of San Diego are at 6am) Attn: Hotel Management - start your shuttle earlier.

7. im ok with that ----but it is BAD Customer Service when rooms are clean and ready and empty (parking lot empty on a MOnday) and they still make you wait .
