1. No microwave and there was only one plug-in that had to serve the mini-fridge, hair dryer, and coffee maker so you had to unplug one to use another which was inconvenient.

2. One minor inconvenience was that there was only one outlet which could be used for either the built in hairdryer, the small refrigerator or the iron (the one in our room was broken anyway).

3. As we arrived to the hotel the receptionist had an awful attitude, never did we receive an apology for the inconvenience as we arrived to the hotel.
