1. The pool side staff were rude and on one occasion didn't bother bringing back our change having paid our bill- she just assumed we were leaving her an 11 dollar tip even though we only had one sandwich and two sodas.

The staff on the desk were rude, the staff at the pool were lovely, the staff in the cafe were clueless - I asked for a 'Quater strength mocha - weak on the coffee' - the 'barista' obviously had no idea and filled my cup with a quater full - yep, a teeny tiny amount of coffee in the bottom of a tall cup.

6. What kind of Manager gets defensive when you have a irate customer who is trying to get some peace and quiet at a hotel they paid money for? He was so unprofessional and rude.

7. Another couple complained about the noise (they were in the building across from the pavilion) and as we were complaining he rudely told us that he could do nothing for us if we continue to talk.
