I booked this hotel about 3 weeks in advance The reason I chose it was because the rate included a free room upgrade and a resort credit When we arrived they informed us the hotel was full and the upgrade was based on availability I booked the room weeks in advance so I felt like I was put on the back burner They told me they would waive the parking due to the inconvenience The next day we called to switch our room I sat on hold for 15 minutes before I walked down there I mentioned the free parking to the guy and he said he would check into it and call me later Nobody ever called The next day I get a bill on my door they charged me for parking and they didnt give me the resort credit I go to the front desk to straighten it out As Im standing there a couple standing next to me gets there bill printed out by the lady at the desk he looks it over and says where is the resort credit Same thing I wonder how many people dont catch that Extremely deceitful I walk away with my bill in hand parking waived and resort credit applied The next day at home I check my credit card balance They charged me the parking anyway I immediately called the manager She said she would credit my account A week goes by I check my balance instead of crediting me they double charged me I spend another week trying to reach the hotel manager and account manager Nobody calls me back I finally reach the hotel manager It takes another four days to get my credit This is the worst hotel experience Ive ever had.
