1. The property itself is grossly outdated and poorly maintained.

6. I am a Hilton Diamond VIP and though I wasn't treated poorly, I never felt as though I was being treated any different than the average Joe, despite the hundred plus nights I stay at Hilton properties yearly.

7. We ate on the outdoor terrace several times and with the overpriced and uninspired menu you also get poorly maintained floors and eating area.
