The hotel seemed to be banking on a name and a nice lobby rather than good service- the diner was slow and brought out the wrong items (we hadn`t received the correct food by the end of the meal, just had it taken off the bill in the end), the valet parking was beyond slow, even though they seemed to have plenty of glowering staff standing about at all times.

9. took four phone calls back and forth and two people knocking on the door to get robes (that should`ve been in the room in the first place) to the room) - SLOW room service- Staff smoking in the side alley- uncomfortable furniture - new hotel but carpets, walls and furniture already showing signs of wear, tear and neglect.
