2. It was a mistake due to the weather conditions for San Diego were cold, rainy, and windy for the days we were staying and there was really no need for the balcony whatsoever, as there was no one at pool or any reason anyone would even need the balcony with the upcoming weather conditions.

5. We went down and asked 'Was it maybe someone forgot to document that we returned our umbrellas?`` To which they didn`t really reply, they just removed the charge---REALLY makes you wonder if they do this kind of thing alot, hoping people won`t catch the mistake.
