2. Some of the rooms at this 'resort' (a very charitable description) are 3 star quality, but the room they put me in was without a doubt the worst hotel room I have been in in 20+ years.

3. The worst part is the hotel- while they are renovating parts of it- the part they are not renovating has not been deep cleaned- as is the standard for major hotel chains.
