2. Also, when I went into their on site store to buy some things, the manager who worked in the store totally ignored me (she wouldn't even make eye contact), but spoke to all of the white patrons who came in after me.

3. With a full itinerary of family visits, I ignored the first night`s spectacle of one (understandably) very angry man parked directly outside of my room, headlights on, ranting about being screwed out of HIS room (the place was supposedly booked solid).

4. I ignored the constant stream of cars pulling up to my window to drop off their luggage (since the parking spaces were potentially a 10 to 15 minute walk from the building).

9. The tub lever broke during the stay, and our call requesting maintenance was ignored making it imposible to give the kids a bath.
