1. We did have a broken window in our room and the guy that came to 'fix' it, just used a trash bag & duct tape until it could be completely fixed after we left.

7. The room was in the older building and had many problems (very dirty carpeting, patio door sliders impossible to open with crud build-up in track, electric outlets not working, bedside lamps not working, coffee maker broken, tub clogged and wouldn't drain).

8. The room was like a fishbowl; if we kept the drapes open, anyone who wanted a Pepsi or some ice or had to work on the property saw completely into the room (not to mention that the Pepsi machine was actually broken for two days).
