1. Parking is also expensive but again got 'free' coupon so that wasn't too bad.

3. I had a little incident in the room with the vacume catching my expensive headphone cord and damaging them and the hotel had notified me before I even knew what had happended and reasured me that they would replace them, by either going out to buy the exact one or if I did and brought a reciept they would reimbuse me.

4. The only thing we weren't that pleased with was the hotel restaurant, it was expensive for what it was, kinda gross, and the waiter was meh.

6. At one point we had to leave the Crowne and move down town to a much more expensive hotel because my husband was combining our vacation with work and we needed to go where his job wanted him.

10. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I felt the rooms were well-decorated - our room had framed floral prints on the walls - the bed was new and the linens were expensive.
