1. The annoying part comes in when a guest needs the lights to stay on for a longer period (lights going off while one is in the shower); the other annoying part could be when a guest has to go in the middle of the night and the bathroom lights go on whether you want them to or not.

4. Internet is not free and no wi-fi available is annoying and a complete inconvenience rooms smell of old cigarettes even though the carpet and furniture are newer this hotel should be non smoking, AC is programmed to 72 degrees which makes for hot nights.
