6. The only complaint i have is about the Island restaurant, after driving 6 hours we wanted to stay in the hotel and just have a nice dinner.

From saying one of our rooms was receiving complaints at 2am (they were asleep) despite the fact they admitted to hearing no noise coming from the room, to saying there was no airport shuttle after we called for a cab and found out there was an airport shuttle, to asking for directions around town and the desk saying they were too busy to oblige.

8. Guess they are used to this complaint, but rather than fixing the problem, they rely on this cheap 'fix', which really doesn't work.
