1. ABSOLUTE WORST BED I have EVER attempted to sleep in - seriously, I think I probably should have slept on the floor.

5. It's the worst hotel staff ever , they ask me to pay for a stuff from freg that i havn't use or drink when i ask them to cancel it , they refused and they charge my credit without my permission.
