1. We had a some technical issues with keys, the bathroom door refused to open and other things.

5. the staff of the hotel was outstanding however, my housekeeper spoke no english and was not able to understand that i needed a new coffee maker when asked and i had to look it up on google translator to inform her of my issue and she still did nothing with it.
