1. poor pillows, no bottled water, lack of HDTV signal and a shower that comes on and off every minute or so.

Check in not good as reservation was wrong, had $60 credit per day but main restaurant closed and can't use at Roys or other Marriott's, hotel shows waterslide at pool, however it was shut down and looks like they don't use, rooms outdated (going under refurbishment) which is ok if good service or rooms clean (mold in bathroom, couple fixtures falling apart), Irish Restaurant service and food poor.
