1. Minor issues that definitely can be overlooked because of how good everything else was.

3. We had some intrusion of noise from the trolley tracks and if we had been on a lower floor and further around on the city side this WOULD have been an issue.

7. When we followed up in the morning, they ensured us it would be corrected and a refund issued for the unused room that first night.

8. Unfortunately, when we advised the front desk staff of our problem, they were not helpful in trying to resolve our room issue, not even to offer a thorough vacuuming and cleaning of the room.

9. Most pet friendly hotels that we have stayed at either have some rooms set aside that they don't put pets into, or they make a thorough cleaning of the rooms so that those with allergy issues won't be affected.
