1. I noticed the light out at the entry and a slight smell from the sink drain and informed Melanie at the desk and it was taken care of while we were out for the day.

3. The only complaints we had with the property was that our floor (five) had an unpleasant smell that did not dissipate even after housekeeping tried to address the issue, and the interior of the bathroom was not as clean as would be expected from a Hyatt Regency.

6. Also, within 10 minutes of calling, someone from housekeeping was there to 'freshen up' the room (as usual, all they can really do is spray the room with a neutralizing freshener to cover up the smoke smell) and pick up the dirty glasses.
