1. The bad;Parking- $20 a night in a public parkade unless you can snag a free spot on the street.

3. I see from other reviews that there are some bad experiences, especially with vacationers and families, but for general business travel, which is my primary experience, you are hard pressed to find comparable lodging (although the Marriott a few blocks down the road is also quite good).
