1. The other thing that we did not like was that the floor in the bathroom was stained and dirty, they also had stains up the walls.

2. Also, within 10 minutes of calling, someone from housekeeping was there to 'freshen up' the room (as usual, all they can really do is spray the room with a neutralizing freshener to cover up the smoke smell) and pick up the dirty glasses.

4. --HOUSEKEEPING ISSUES? When we checked in to drop off our bags, there were used glasses outside our door, and noticed that several other rooms had dirty dishes in the hallway, waiting to be picked up.
