1. My only complaint was that they charge $20 daily self parking fee that was never mentioned on the website or at the time of check-in, and WiFi was an additional $10 a day.

2. The only complaints we had with the property was that our floor (five) had an unpleasant smell that did not dissipate even after housekeeping tried to address the issue, and the interior of the bathroom was not as clean as would be expected from a Hyatt Regency.

3. Overall, it was a nice stay - the only real complaint I have is the parking charge - $20 per night seems to be a bit excessive but we got around it most days by parking on the street.

4. Only complaints are the sheets, walls, and carpets have stains (DNA) near the bed aread and needed to be wiped down, hair in the bathroom floor.

6. $10/day for the internet is always a bummer--when will these giant full service hotels stop charging people for the internet?? Although the room itself was not in brand new condition, it was clean and well maintained--no complaints.

7. In fact, my motivation behind trusting the Hyatt as our vacation homestead was to achieve relaxation and rest for my wife and I with as little room for complaint or inconvenience as possible.

10. My only complaints about the hotel are their rooms with double beds which have full size beds but seem like they are single beds.
