5. -No one checked out the sound system before the ceremony (hotel's responsibility) and it ruined the event (squeaked and crackled the whole time until someone finally turned it off)-Held an outdoor cocktail hour before reception, but they only had two heat lamps (50+ people) and everyone was very uncomfortable.
