3. We received no common courtesies from her like, 'Sorry for the inconvenience' or 'Is there something we can do?' Oh and by the way, this hotel has no amenities like free WiFi, free parking, or free contential breakfast.

We were also told only upon check-in that we would be in a room specially equipped for the handicapped, which wasn't so much of an inconvenience (to us, but would've been to the disadvantage of a handicapped individual who may have needed the room) as a surprise, as we weren't told we'd be given this room beforehand.

8. Of the 2 location restaurants, the Firefly is closed on Monday causing some inconvenience and the Blue Pearl (I think) offered good food but was noisy.

9. Our toilet got plugged and when I called the front desk , they immediately apologized for the inconvenience (okay, WE plugged the toilet.
