1. Admittedly, it is in a great location, direct across from the Convention Center, but I feel for this price, the hotel should be better updated, The shower was terrible, low water pressure and confusing on/off.

4. The valet is $35 a day, which seems a bit high, and there didn't seem to be any other options but granted, we didn't try terribly hard to find alternate parking.

5. if youre coming for business i wouldnt recommend staying hereyes - its nice and a comfortable and modernbut the internet access is TERRIBLE a good portion of my business is conducted over the internetfirst off theres no wireless in any of the roomsyou can connect via hardwirebut you better bring your own cableif you have more than one computerand even if you do connect via hardwirethe connection is about the speed of dialupwhich means that even sending out one emailyou might get timed out i thought i might get a reprievewhen they said i could connect wireless in the lobbybut even there the router speed is 11mbpswhich still only allows me to send out the simplest of emailsand not get any true work or even googling research done if you dont need to use a computer then this place is finebut i find it truly ironicthat i have to come to the marriot lobby to use their wirelessto even write this review.

10. Perhaps they downgraded us to one of the lousy rooms and purposely created a terrible lobby ambiance just because they knew we were staying for free.
