1. In the bathroom a protective plexiglass on the side of the shower cubicle was broken and one cannot open the door without noticing it - it was unrepaired for at least 5 days, so it tells you how much they care.

2. The room had a beautiful large balcony that overlooked the pool and the railroad tracks which was great but there were only two tiny chairs and table provided and one of the chairs had all the webbing broken and my wife almost fell through it.
