1. My only negative is that my first morning here the internet in the hotel was down, the front desk staff didn't know really what was going on and gave me the run around as to the issue, the time it may be resolved, etc.

2. The location is great, it's close to the Convention Center, but negatives include very small lobby and overpriced breakfast menu.

8. The negatives:We were woken up early Sunday morning by a very loud train, the tracks are right next to the hotel.

9. The only negative comment I would have is the expensive parking rate ($35 a night) - there are some outdoor lots for $15/20 a night, but they didn't have in and out privileges, so there were not many other options.
