1. The next day they sent a comp cheese plate for the inconvenience, which was a nice touch.

2. After our new years' celebration, we returned to our hotel to find a complimentary bottle of wine, cheese plate, cracker plate, and hand written note from Jason (who had handled our situation earlier) apologizing for the inconvenience.
